Terms of use and notes

Access

Access is personal and not transferable. During the test phase we hand out the accounts ourselves; there is no entitlement to an account. Use is free of charge during the test phase. We announce the end of the test phase at least 4 weeks in advance. We may change, restrict or discontinue the service or offer it for a fee in the future; paid use never happens without your explicit consent. There is no entitlement to availability.

Feedback is welcome during the test phase, but it is not required to use the service. By giving feedback you grant us a simple right to use it to improve the service.

Rules of use

By confirming, you assure that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or have reached the higher minimum age in your country).
• You use your account yourself only and do not pass on your user name or password.
• You do not pass on or publish the content to third parties, not even in part: no picks, lists, odds, results or screenshots in social networks, messengers, forums, Discord servers, tipster groups or betting communities, and no resale. Personal use for your own decisions is allowed. Anything beyond that only with our prior explicit consent.
• You do not read out data automatically (no scripts, bots or scrapers, no bulk retrieval) and do not circumvent protective measures or request limits.
• You do not create further accounts and do not use other people's accounts.

Consequences of violations

In case of a violation we may block or delete your account immediately and without warning. We reserve further claims, in particular for injunctive relief and damages.

Content

Matchday Lab shows football predictions, odds and results. They are guidance, not betting advice and no guarantee of outcomes or winnings. Past hit rates say nothing about future ones; odds at bookmakers may differ. Matchday Lab is not a bookmaker, does not arrange bets and currently receives no commissions from bookmakers. You decide and act at your own risk.

The content is protected as far as legally possible (copyright, database producer's right). Copying, redistributing and automated scraping are not allowed.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent, fraudulent concealment, injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. In cases of simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for the foreseeable, typical damage. Stakes and losses from bets are the result of your own decision.

Governing law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live remain unaffected.

Law in your country – 18+ – gambling can be addictive

Sports betting is not allowed in every country, and minimum ages and rules differ. You are responsible for making sure that using the content and placing any bet is lawful where you are located. Use is only permitted for adults: at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age in your country.

Confirmation and changes

At your first login and after material changes we ask you to confirm these terms. Without confirmation you cannot use the dashboard; anyone who declines is logged out. We store account, time and version of your confirmation as proof.

We may change these terms and the privacy notice. We will announce material changes in your account or on Discord. Changed terms apply only once you have confirmed them again. Anyone who does not agree can ask for their account to be deleted at any time.
